Your private Pilates program is customized according to your goals, current fitness level, injuries, and addresses any other concerns you may have.
During private sessions you begin to lay the groundwork for a strong foundation in your body. Your instructor guides you through a series of exercises on the Reformer and the Pilates mat where together you will discover your weak spots, imbalances, and areas of tension.
Once you and your instructor have identified the areas in your body that need extra attention, your will work on the other equipment in the studio to isolate and work deeper into these specific areas of your body. You will learn the most effective way to execute each of these exercises as well as how to set up and operate the equipment.
