Tower Classes

The Pilates Tower allows for a full range of movement using springs body weight for resistance. Elongate and tone the entire body.




Reform School Classes

A challenging yet low-impact workout on the Reformer that focuses on alignment and building lean muscle, combined with stretching and toning exercises on the mat and Tower.




Pilates Mat Classes

A Pilates workout primarily using your own body weight and gravity for resistance. These classes are taught on the floor using Pilates exercise mats.
