Take charge of your workouts with the Reform School class. Workout at your own pace on the equipment of your choice. This workout aligns and strengthens the entire body through highly specific resistance training using the full repertoire of Pilates equipment.
You choose the equipment you’d like to work out on and our instructors will be there to guide you through your workout, give you individualized corrections and adjustments, and make your workout as effective as possible.
Our Reform School class utilizes the entire studio and is designed for experienced practitioners who have completed the requisite private sessions and are ready to work in a group setting.
Equipment options include: Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Mat, Wunda Chair, Baby/Arm Chair, High Chair, and Barrels.
